SOS Prepaid Solutions offer this unique service when the BC/MA prefer to control and recover money for electricity/water usage and managing the council account themselves. Our technicians will take photographs of all meter readings on a monthly basis and our well trained staff will capture and calculate the readings per individual owners at the relevant municipal tariff. A detailed reading report with notes will be done per building and send to the MA/BC to import on their system or charge with levy accounts. Kindly note that we only supply calculations and tenants/owners need to make payments directly to BC/MA.
This service is charged per meter we read, and faulty meters can be replaced at supplied quotation rate. Disconnections and reconnections can be arranged at applicable rates.
