- The end consumer sign an agreement with us and receive a monthly utility invoice with a due date.
- We recover the funds and pay it over to the council or the body corporate.
- We manage all collections and queries.
- We also have our prepaid metering option for the end consumer witch will have with zero effect on the other consumers or body corporate.
- We also do bulk meter management.
Read Only Service
- Our qualified technician takes monthly pictures of all utility meters at your complex.
- Our well-trained portfolio manager will send monthly reports to the managing agents with the readings calculated with the correct approved Tariff.
- We charge a monthly meter fee for this service which is negotiable on the size of the complex.
- We do not recover any funds from the consumers nor have any details with the end consumer. This is only a reading service.
- All pictures taken of the utility meters (water / electricity / gas) are available for end consumer and Body Corporate on request.


Prepaid Metering
- We supply any electricity and water meter that suits your budget.
- Our Prepaid vending platform allows the end consumer to purchase electricity any time of the day or from their mobile banking app or shops.
- The body corporate / managing agents will receive a monthly report with all purchases as well as proof of payment towards the council account / Body corporate account.
- We do not charge any fixed fees, services fees, or load any hidden fees on the meter, simply a vending fee.
- Outstanding levies can be loaded onto the prepaid meter with a recovery that suits the owner/body corporate.
- We supply and install single phase, 3 phase and split meters

- Log into your online banking and select buy electricity.
- Enter your meter number on your banking app.
- Enter the amount you choose to purchase.
- Enter your cell phone number.
You will receive a 20-digit token via sms on you mobile.Enter the token into your prepaid meter.
- Go to any Unipin Outlet store.
- Ask at the counter for a Unipin voucher.
- Supply the operator with the amount you wish to purchase.
- You will receive a 9 digit voucher pin.
- Sms your 11 digit meter number * voucher pin to 41589
- Or follow the instructions on the slip.
